Delivery Information

Please note that the below days shows estimated delivery times through experience. Once the items are collected by our couriers, we do not have control over the delivery times. We recommend to always allow for extra time.

Items in Stock:

Items in stock will be shipped out of our warehouse every Tuesday and Friday. Cut-off time for purchases will be 2pm the day before. Transit time takes approximately another 2-6 business days depending where you are located.

As we are based in Melbourne, transit times after item despatch are estimated as follows:

VIC, SA - 1 to 2 days

NT, NSW - 2 to 3 days

QLD - 3 to 4 days

WA - 4 to 6 days

Items Out of Stock

These items have been sold out. The delivery time is stated in each respective individual product pages. We will most probably be in the midst of restocking them within the next two months. If you require these items urgently, contact us and we will try our best to assist you.

Express / Rush orders

There is an option upon checkout for rush / express orders. We charge A$40.00 for these orders including shipping as our staff will drop all tools and ensure your parcel gets shipped out the following day or two with the fastest available courier service. These items take approximiately 1-3 days to reach you. Please ensure that items are in stock before you select this option. This option is best if you must have these items reach you within the next 6-8 days. This option does not apply to personalised items.

'Pre-Order' Status Items

Kindly email usatcustomercare@australianfavors.com.auor call us at+61 390414855or chat with us in our Live Chat Support located at the bottom right corner of this very screen, and we will notify you of the delivery times. Recommended time frame to allow for these items once we have been notified is around 2-6 months. If your event date is more than 6 months ahead, you may also choose to proceed with the purchase of your items and our staff will contact you regarding estimated delivery times.

Personalized Items that are Made to Order

Please allow about 3-4 weeks for us to process your order. We strongly advice customers to place orders for personalized items 2 months ahead of the event to avoid disappointment.

We also strongly recommend that you indicate your 'Event Date' in the 'Delivery, Shipping & Payment Details Page'.
