Shipping Rates

All domestic deliveries are charged at AUD15.00 flat rate, inclusive of GST.

In some circumstances that your order's courier fee is extremely high, we will contact you to discuss payment of extra shipping charges. You can opt for a full refund at anytime without hassle if you do not wish to proceed with your order due to the extra shipping charges.

Rush / Express Shipping

You may opt for rush & express shipping upon checkout. Express shipping charges an extra A$25 on top of our flat rate shipping (Total A$40.00). We will try our very best to get your item to you before your event date or in 3 - 4 days. However, always take our estimated time indications with discretion and allow extra time because once the courier collects your parcel from us, we cannot control their delivery arrangements with them.

Samples

If you would like to order a sample or a few samples to look at prior to your full purchase, you may opt for this shipping option. This option is limited to only 1 item per product choice and it requires that your total purchase does not exceed A$10.00 in total.
